The construction company under the name LIPIATOS is an evolution of the oldest coatings workshop operating in the island.

    The workshop started in 1955 by the brothers Ioanni and Evangelos Lipiatos. Initially it concentrated its activities in small residential coatings and later undertook larger buildings such as hotels, tourist accommodations, churches, etc.

    The primary objective of the workshop during the undertaking and implementation of any project small or large, is to provide the proper and prompt customer service. The result, reasonable prices and presentation ideas for the best materialization of each project, acted as a catalyst for the continuing presence in the field of constructions in Kefalonia.
    The experience of the founders transmitted to the sons Themistocles and Gerasimos, who from an early age got involved in the professional activities of their parents and took responsibility of the full workshop since 1995. This year was a milestone for their future course. A course that is characterized by hard work, innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit.

    Today the original coating workshop evolved into a dynamic construction company which undertakes additionally the construction of luxury residences.
